Can you advise what the most relaxing color for a bathroom would be?

It's up to you what color you would like to see in your house. For bathrooms, I usually suggest a lighter color especially since the room itself tend to be small. So you don't want to put too dark of a color in a small space. I want the interior of my house painted but I was thinking of doing it myself. Why should I use a professional?
